Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the continental United States. Phase Perfect® products ordered online will be shipped at the expense of Phase Technologies with the following exclusions: predelivery notification, residential delivery, and lift gate service.

Build and delivery times are listed on individual product pages. All times are estimated and subject to change. In-stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days. Please call or email for expedited build and/or shipping options.

All Phase Perfect® Enterprise models as well as Original Phase Perfect® models up to and including 20 Horsepower rated models ship via ground. All models 30 Horsepower or greater ship via freight. Rain hoods for PT407R, 410R, 415R, and 420R ship in a separate box.

Variable Frequency Drives ship subject to the terms of your agreement with Phase Technologies.


Returns

Phase Technologies offers the following options for the return of new products. Returned products must be in new, uninstalled condition to be eligible for return.

  • No unit will be accepted without a return authorization. Return authorization is granted at Phase Technologies discretion and is subject to evaluation upon arrival. More information on RMA’s can be found at: www.phasetechnologies.com/support.
  • All shipping costs to be paid by buyer. Product must be in original packaging. All other items may be returned for warranty evaluation or repair only.
  • The return window begins from the date of purchase. All refunds will be credited within 10 business days.
  • Our standard product warranty applies to all installed/used products. See the Phase Technologies website for details.
